Do we get to play the "what names do all of YOU like?" game now?
I checked your site all afternoon. At bedtime I ordered Kevin (who was on the computer) to "stop what you're doing and type in www.pixiestemple.blogspot.com. Now click that (points to The Wee One). Ok. Thanks." "Now what?" "That's all, continue."
Jen—We're keeping names to ourselves right now. So you can play, but we won't play along.
VoF—Funny you would say Mortacai. That's a runny joke we have that we are going to name the baby Mortacai Ezner.
Fuzzy—Chicken Hats are unisex. Thor reminds me of Adventures in Babysitting.
Nobody—Someone had once mentioned a turtle or a taco to me regarding the sex. My sister-in-law's sonographer pointed out the "hamburger bun" when she was pregnant with her daughter.
What I meant was whether or not you were going to do a post just to see what different names your readers liked for themselves- not an "everybody chip in and name the baby!" thing.
I think names are totally the parents' personal turf and don't ever expect anybody to tell until the last possible moment. It's not anybody else's business. I've had friends who were excited to share, and I've had friends who keep mum the whole time, and I've had friends who were devastated by criticism, so... it's all good from my perspective.
That's awesome! I have a little girl, but I'm sure a son will be fun. Be careful, when changing diapers, of the squirt gun. When cold air hits 'em, they pee. (Girls do, too, but they don't project the pee like the boys do.)
