nursery—phase one

Last night Josh painted the walls in the nursery. We just painted them a year ago when we moved in, but we decided we wanted the nursery to be something besides white. We chose an Olympic paint color called "Niagra Falls". The trim around the room still needs to be painted (which will be white to match the closet door) and then we can start assembling furniture. As always, click on the pic for a bigger view and a better idea of the color.

Gorgeous! I love the color and can't wait to see pics of the nursery when it's all put together.

It's eerie because I have similar pictures of my dad painting in almost the same position.

I mean, for when they were preparing the nursery for me. That is the eerie part.

I kind of figured that sounded confusing.

No, I got that Lynda. I didn't think you just meant when he was doing some random painting in the house.

I actually think my mom scanned the pictures. I will check and if I have them, I will post them on my blog.
